One-Piece Construction

The handle and head are molded together in one shot, so there is no seam or joint. This reduces places where food can collect and makes the spatulas easier to rinse. The one-piece structure also removes the risk of the head detaching from the handle during use.

This Rubber Spatula is made from soft platinum-cured silicone. It is designed to be gentle on nonstick coatings and does not scratch ceramic or glass under normal use.

INEEDS follows a six-step production sequence for silicone spatulas for baking. Each step includes a quality check.

• Incoming material inspection: Silicone batches are tested for hardness, tensile strength, and residues.
• Mixing and coloring: Food-grade masterbatch is blended into the compound for consistent color.
• Vulcanization molding: Handle and head are formed together in a vacuum press.
• Secondary curing: Post-curing reduces volatiles and helps achieve a low-odor product.
• Trimming and full inspection: Flash is removed, and each piece is checked for dimensions and surface condition.
• Final QC and packing: Batch samples are verified before packing and shipment.

A: Yes. The large size has a wide head that supports pancakes and eggs during flipping. The silicone edge is soft and will not damage nonstick surfaces.

Q2: Is the one-piece design really better than a two-piece design?

A: A one-piece design has no joint between the handle and head, so there is no gap where food can collect and no risk of the head separating. Two-piece designs may trap residue at the joint and can loosen over time.

Q3: Can the spatula be left in a hot pan while cooking?

A: The material is rated from -40°C to 230°C, so brief contact with hot cookware is fine. However, we do not recommend leaving any utensil resting in a pan over direct heat for extended periods.

A: The spatulas are dishwasher safe. Rinse them after use or place them in the dishwasher. The hanging hole allows them to be stored on a hook to save drawer space.
