The Dongguan plant operates over 75 automated machines, including vacuum vulcanization presses that prevent air pockets in thin band walls. Fewer than 50 people run the full production cycle—mixing, molding, trimming, inspection and packing. Custom mold development for a new wristband shape usually takes 7–12 business days, and a pre-production sample is always sent for approval before the full run.

What is the smallest quantity I can order for a custom wristband?
You can order as few as 100 pieces if you choose a stock band with no printing. For a band with your logo, the MOQ starts at 500 pieces per color. A completely new shape with its own mold requires at least 1,000 pieces per color.
How fast can you turn around wristbands for a last-minute event?
For standard debossed or printed bands without custom molding, we can often produce and ship in 7–10 business days. Custom molds add another 7–12 days. It's best to contact us early, but we can usually accommodate tight timelines if we have the color in stock.
Will the printed logo rub off after a few days of wear?
Not under normal use. Screen-printed logos are bonded to the silicone surface with an ink system formulated to flex with the band. Debossed and color-filled logos are physically recessed into the material, so they won't wear away even if the band is stretched repeatedly.
